Privacy Policy

GoYou is an accountability-first habit-building platform. It is operated by Georgie St Clair. If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, you can reach us at info@georgiestclair.com.

We only collect data that is necessary to run the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Profile information — anything you choose to add to your profile: a bio, location, why you joined, social links, and a profile photo. All of this is optional.
• Daily log entries — your check-ins: completion status, mood ratings, notes, and tags. These are the core of the service.
• Usage timestamps — when entries are created, so streaks and progress can be calculated correctly.

We do not collect advertising data, sell your data to third parties, or use tracking cookies.

Everything we collect is used solely to provide the GoYou service — tracking your progress, showing your activity to your accountability partner and cohort members (where you have chosen to share it), and calculating your streaks and stats.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running the app.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a managed database platform. Our Supabase instance is hosted in the EU (West Europe — Ireland). Your data does not leave the European Union.

Access to data is controlled by row-level security policies — meaning each user can only read and write the records they are permitted to. Coaches can see the progress of participants they are assigned to. No one outside your cohort can see your private notes.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data — profile information, log entries, reactions, and any other records tied to your account.

We do not retain data after deletion for any purpose other than what is required by law.

GoYou uses cookies for one purpose only: keeping you signed in. These are session cookies managed by Supabase Auth. There are no advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or third-party tracking of any kind.

You have the right to:

• Access your data — ask us what data we hold about you.
• Export your data — request a copy of your log entries and profile information.
• Delete your account — request that your account and all associated data be permanently deleted.
• Correct your data — update or fix any information we hold about you (you can do most of this directly in your profile settings).

If we make any material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without giving you notice.
